Creator Guidelines
Last reviewed: August 2026
These are the practical expectations for publishing here. They sit alongside the Terms of Service, which is the binding document.
Make it transformative
The films that belong here add something: a new angle on a world, a reinterpretation, a genuine piece of craft. A re-upload, a lightly filtered clip, or a montage of someone else's footage does not qualify, regardless of the tooling involved.
Disclose your tooling honestly
Tag the AI tools you actually used. The tool tags drive discovery, so inaccurate tags waste other people's time. If you used a tool we do not list yet, say so in your description or raise it on the suggestion board.
Share your workflow
The Prompt & Workflow panel is the most useful thing on a film page for other creators. Sharing prompts, audio pipeline, and render settings is optional but strongly encouraged — it is a large part of why people come here.
Respect real people
- Do not clone a real person's voice or likeness without their permission. This applies to actors, musicians, public figures, and other creators.
- Never present synthetic footage as a real event or a real statement.
- Do not use another creator's work as raw material without credit and permission.
Respect rights holders
Fan work exists because many rights holders tolerate it, not because it is permitted by right. Some studios are welcoming and some are not. If a rights holder asks us to remove something, we will. Treat that as a cost of working in this space rather than a betrayal.
Keep it out of scope for monetisation
The platform runs on platform-wide advertising only. Do not use your film page to sell access to fan work built on someone else's intellectual property. Linking to your general support page is fine.
Content boundaries
- No sexual content involving minors, and no sexualisation of real people without consent.
- No harassment, threats, or incitement against a person or group.
- Flag intense content in your description so viewers can choose.
If your film is removed
You will be told why. If the removal followed a copyright notice you may submit a counter-notice; see the DMCA page for how that process works.
